Juan and his girlfriend are excited to welcome their first child into the world soon. When he’s not at work, Juan likes to go to the gym and work on his car.
Once he graduated from high school, Juan went straight to work, starting off as a landscaper before moving to Hughes Brothers about a year ago. He likes how time seems to fly by when he’s at work, and he enjoys seeing the results of his efforts at the end of each day.
Juan says he thinks Hughes Brothers is a successful business because they take care of their workers and try their best to keep everyone happy. He strongly prefers his current job to the one he had at his previous company, because Hughes has new equipment and great benefits.
