Demeras has a ten-year-old son who he says is the best thing that has ever happened to him. On the weekends, he likes to take his son fishing with friends, and he also enjoys playing dominoes and board games.
Over the years, Demeras has worked for many construction companies, doing everything from general labor to equipment operation. He joined Hughes Brothers five years ago, and he loves learning about different types of machines, as well as the various techniques of laying pipe.
Demeras’ favorite part of working for Hughes Brothers is that there’s always room to move upward in the company. He says that everyone gets a chance here, and that he enjoys every minute he spends with his co-workers.
