Eagle Creek Golf Community
This project is a 540-acre mixed-use development consisting of single-family, multi-family, medical, educational, and commercial parcels. With over 3 million CY of dirt moved to date, tens of thousands of feet of utilities installed, and several miles of roadway constructed, it’s easy to see that this development has been a vital part of Hughes Brothers Construction.
It all started back in 2012 when Chad and Justin met with the developer to negotiate the first of what would turn out to be a multitude of projects. This meeting also sparked a mutually beneficial relationship that continues to this day. Without our work at Eagle Creek, Hughes Brothers as a company would probably look quite different than it does today.
Our first project commenced in 2013, and we’ve consistently worked on different portions of the overall development every year since then. The Eagle Creek development has been a home for Hughes Brothers Construction for many years, and a huge contributor to the overall success of the company.
