Ryan Lee
General Superintendent
Ryan has been married for 16 years, and he has four children — three boys and one girl. The Lee family raises cattle, which Ryan says helps him incorporate values and responsibilities in his children’s lives. They also enjoy spending time on the water, either fishing or just lounging in the boat.
Before joining Hughes Brothers, Ryan worked as a lumberjack, and he’s also spent a total of 18 years in construction. He spent 11 years working with Billy Hughes, and he’s been with Chad and Justin since the beginning of Hughes Brothers. Today, he is a general superintendent.
Ryan says that what sets Hughes Brothers apart is the way there’s such open and honest communication at all levels of the company. “Hughes provides encouragement and sound advice to become better at your job, and a better person in general,” he explains. “If you have an issue, they are there to help resolve it.”
