Rachael and her husband got married seven years ago. They have a daughter and a son, and they also have a dog named Cleo. Rachael likes to take her family on vacations, and they also frequently visit Florida’s great theme parks.
Rachael started in the construction industry when she was 18 years old, and she’s worked for various contractors and site development companies ever since. Today, she’s been with Hughes Brothers for nearly seven years. She says that she considers her co-workers to be her “big brothers,” who always look out for her and push her to succeed.
She enjoys many aspects of her job, but none more than building relationships with many different developers and subcontractors. Rachael has worked her way up from the ground floor of Hughes Brothers, and is now the office manager, as well as being “Chad’s right hand.” She thinks the reason for this company’s success is the way Hughes Brothers blends old-school knowhow with modern techniques to produce incredible results.
