Nestor and his wife have been married for seven years, and they have two children. Nestor enjoys taking his family on outings, and he also loves attending his five-year-old’s soccer games.
Nestor’s first job was in construction, and 14 years later, he’s still at it. He joined Hughes Brothers six years ago. He says the big advantage Hughes Brothers has over their competitors is the way they’re able to plan ahead. Nestor says he always has everything he needs to do the job the right way, which wasn’t always the case with his other employers.
One thing he really enjoys about working here is how even if you start at the bottom, “they strive for you to reach the top.” His favorite memory as a Hughes Brothers employee is the time he worked on a project in Georgia, and they stayed with Chad and Billy for a week, hanging out and playing football.”
